Clear Cookies and Cache on Microsoft Edge
If you are instructed to clear your cookies and cache on Microsoft Edge, here's a 30 second video that shows how to do it.
- Click the ellipses button in the upper right corner of the screen
- Choose Settings
- Click the lock icon (Privacy and Security)
- Under Clear Browsing Data, click Choose what to clear
- All checkboxes should be unchecked except Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files
- Click Clear
You may also want to ensure that cookies are enabled:
- Click the ellipses button in the upper right corner of the screen
- Choose Settings
- Choose View advanced settings
- Under Cookies section, select Don't block cookies
- Close and restart your browser.
