What is the storage capacity of Rescue Hub?

All of the file uploads (PDFs, PowerPoints, documents, video, etc) are all stored separate from the main server using Amazon Web Services. AWS has no limit on the amount of file uploads we could store, we could store many terabytes of file uploads / videos without running into any issues.

Each organization has storage limits in their service agreement. An organization typically has a quota for total uploaded data and minutes of encoded video per month. Any overages are billed at the rates specified in the service agreement. 

Individual file or video uploads are limited to 2GB per file. If you have files that exceed this capacity, contact us for more information.
