Web conferencing
Attach an optional browser-based video conference to a training event.
If your organization has the optional web conferencing add-on, you can attach a browser-based video conference to a training event β no app to install.
Set it up: create an event (Events > New Event), check View on Calendar and Web Conference, and choose the Instructors allowed to start it.
Start/join: on the day, an instructor or administrator clicks Start Web Conference; others see a Waiting for Conference to Start button that turns green to Join. Attendees connect by device mic or the dial-in details shown on screen; people without a RescueHub account can join with those details.
Recording: conferences can be recorded β once processing finishes, the video is attached to the event on the calendar.
Browsers: use a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari (macOS/iOS). Web conferencing is a paid add-on β contact RescueHub support to enable it.
