Add RescueHub events to your own calendar app

You can subscribe to your training calendar so RescueHub events show up automatically in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook. It's read-only (view access) — events flow one way from RescueHub into your calendar and refresh on their own (about every 10 minutes). You can't edit RescueHub events from your calendar app.

From the Training Calendar: click Calendar Subscribe ([your organization]). In the window that opens, check which sub-calendars to include — they'll appear as one calendar in your app (if your org has no sub-calendars, you'll get all training events) — then pick a quick-add button for Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook.com, or Outlook 365, or choose Copy feed URL to paste into any app that accepts a subscription URL (webcal or https).

Shared calendars: if another organization has shared its calendar with you, open it under Other Calendars and use the iCalendar Subscribe link there.

Keep your feed URL private. The link includes a personal access token, so anyone you give it to could view your events — treat it like a password.

Google Calendar / Android: on a desktop or tablet, copy the feed URL, then in Google Calendar use Other calendars > From URL and paste it. Android subscribes through Google Calendar this way.

Removing a subscription (iPhone): Settings > Calendar > Accounts (or Subscribed Calendars), tap the RescueHub calendar, and Delete Account to confirm.
