Send a message to a group

Compose and send a message to groups or individuals, with attachments and reply handling.

Click the envelope icon at the top of the screen, then New Message. In To, type one or more groups or individuals; add a Subject; type your message. Attach a file by dragging it into the message box or clicking the paperclip (works from computer, tablet, or phone). Click Send Email β€” it goes out immediately by email.

By default, replies come only to you. To make replies go to everyone, set Forward Email Replies To to Everyone. (Reply-all is available if you can manage users, record/manage training, or manage requirements β€” otherwise ask an administrator.)
