<p>Your data is yours — RescueHub doesn't auto-delete customer data; follow whatever retention policy you like. When you "delete" a user, RescueHub <strong>deactivates</strong> their account (they can no longer log in) but retains their records as long as you're an active customer. Off-site backups are retained for a defined period under our data policy.</p>
