Requirements and training periods
How requirements and training periods work, and who can manage them.
Go to Requirements. A requirement defines what training must be completed in a training period (a date range). Requirements can specify hours or occurrences (not both), plus type/category, requiring entity, departments, courses, and a reimbursement code.
Anyone who can manage requirements (Requirements permission set to Manage, or an Administrator) can create, update, recalculate, and delete requirements. Anyone who can view requirements (Requirements: View or Manage) can see the Requirements menu. Fulfillments are the source of truth for completed hours/occurrences β events and tasks create or update them when attendance/completion is verified.
