After sending, click the Messages icon → Sent &amp; Posted, then click the message subject. You'll see who it went to and, for each recipient, whether it was delivered, opened, or bounced, and whether it was viewed on the website. Delivery status is visible to the sender and to users who can manage users, record/manage training, or manage requirements.
