Go to app.rescuehub.com/forgot (Canadian agencies: ca.rescuehub.com/forgot), enter your email, and click Reset My Password. You'll get an email — click the button in it to set a new password (at least 8 characters). If it doesn't arrive, check spam or ask an administrator to confirm your email address.
