Templates vs. assigned task books, how to assign one, and permission levels.

Task Sheets appear when the feature is enabled for your organization. Terminology:

  • Task Sheet Template β€” a reusable definition of phases, categories, tasks, custom fields, evaluations, and permissions.
  • Assigned Task Book β€” a book created from a template and assigned to one user.

Assign from Task Sheets > Templates > [template] > Assignments, choosing the assigned user, complete-by date, active phases, supervisors, and role permissions. Permission levels are Sign Off Only, Sign Off / Review, and Manage. A signer can edit their own sign-off for about one hour after completing it.
